I was pleased with the solid build of these spoons. Got them for my daughter but may order some for me. Looks like they will last a long time so worth the cost.

Professional Performance Measuring Spoons are fashioned of heavy gauge top quality 18/8 stainless steel, and engineered for precision accuracy to assure consistency in food preparation time and time again. This set of 4 measuring spoons includes the most commonly called-for measurements -- 1 Tbsp, 1 Tsp, 1/2 Tsp, and 1/4 Tsp. The handle is imprinted with the measurement and is pierced to hang for storage. Handle and bowl are constructed of a solid piece of metal -- no seams or welds to break or harbor bacteria.This handsome set of four measuring spoons, connected by a sturdy ring, is made of dishwasher-safe commercial-weight 18/8 stainless steel that has been brushed to a satin finish. The spoons measure, and are clearly labeled, 1/4 teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon, and 1 tablespoon. The measurements are traditional, but the shape of each spoon is modern--a perfectly spherical round positioned at the end of an appealingly slim handle. --Teri Kieffer
