You might want to try else where for an egg poacher. Purchased this in Dec. 2010, started using it in Jan. 2011 and have used it about 6 times. Must use a bit of oil if you truly want 'non-stick'. Rusty in Mar. 2011. Definitely not stainless steel. Very disappointed.
