Stainless steel construction offers strength and good looks that will stand the test of time.Perfect for dispensing olive or other vegetable oils without making a mess, this 18-ounce oil can contains a window on one side that's calibrated in cups and milliliters. Not only does it allow a cook to monitor how much oil remains, it permits measured pouring when a recipe calls for a specific amount. To dispense oil, the lid flips up, revealing a pouring spout underneath. Opposite the spout is a wide opening for filling the can from a larger container of oil. The window and spout are made of thick Lexan plastic, and the can is made of heavy, durable 18/8 stainless steel with a handsome satin finish.
